    • Selections of all tile and coping, plaster etc., must be made prior to the pool being excavated.
    • Change Orders add 3 days to the timeline.
    • Customer not paying their pool builder the same day the money is due per the contract will add 1 day for every day payment is delayed.
    • Any customer delays due to them going out of town etc., will add 1 day for every day and a minimum of 3 extra days to get back on the schedule once back in town to begin work again.

  • Can I change my design later?

You can update your design anytime before permits are submitted.

  • What if I find a better price elsewhere?

If you receive another quote with a better price, send the detailed proposal to Subs For Pools (not the builder). We will review it and show you where details may be missing or unclear.

  • Can I build a pool in a small yard?

Absolutely. Our design tool includes compact shapes that work well in smaller spaces. You’ll be able to preview layouts and sizes that fit your property without sacrificing features.

  • Can I finance just part of the project?

Yes. Many clients use a mix of financing and cash. You can finance the full build or just a portion, depending on your needs and the amount you’re approved to borrow. And where you would like your monthly payments to be.

  • Who actually builds my pool?

Subs For Pools controls the quality while utilizing experienced in-house crews along with a select group of trusted and carefully screened partners. You actually buy the pool from one of our vetted pool builders.
